Last night we took a trip to see Toy Machine’s latest video, Brain Wash at the Gaslamp in Long Beach. In standard skateboard industry video premiere fashion hundreds of homies came out for beers and high fives. Great video overall. Newbie Daniel Lutheran had a standout part as well as Leo. Johnny, Bennett, Diego, Billy and the rest of the boys put it down properly as well. Nice work Ed! Thanks for keeping skateboarding awesome. Check out additional coverage of the event from our friends over at TransWorld SKATEBoarding.
- Our boy and long beach loc Ricky Webb showed up. All the ladies be feelin Pretty Ricky.
- LRG soliders Rodrigo Peterson and LRG TM Tyrone Ramero came out as well. Always good to see these guys.
- This pitcure is as inigmatic as the man himself. Mr. Lannie Rhodes. Insight Team Manager and all around amazing human.
- Bustin Justin, the homie, and TransWorld SKATEboarding’s Blair Alley were there.
- Skate Photogs Ryan Lusteg and fellow Atlanta transplant Aaron Smith
- The man, the myth, the legend Mr. Ed Templeton with another man of somewhat mythic stature for a vairety of different and unmentionable reasons, Mr. Frank Bewley.
- The man with the tickets is everyones best friend. Toy Machine Team Manager Mike Sinclair was out front greeting hundreds of eager fans. Great job with the video, Mike!
- It just wouldn’t be a Long Beach skate event or any skate event for that matter without Boosh. Volcom’s Steve Stratton agrees.
- Dakine’s Scott Koerner with errrbody’s favorite dude, Theotis Beasly.
- Altamont was out in force. Altamont artist Mark Fos, Fred, and Justin Regan.
